These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the BetSpin Partners affiliate program. Please read them carefully — registering for the Program means you accept them. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for and using the BetSpin Partners affiliate program ("the Program"), you ("the Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or participate in the Program.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To join the Program you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Operate only in jurisdictions where iGaming promotion is legally permitted.
Provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
Not be a resident of, or direct traffic from, any restricted territory.

3. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

As an Affiliate, you agree to promote our offers honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws and advertising standards. You must not:

Use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorised brand names in your marketing.
Target minors or self-excluded players in any campaign.
Generate fraudulent clicks, sign-ups or deposits.
Bid on our trademarks in paid search without written permission.

4. COMMISSIONS & PAYMENTS

Commissions are calculated according to the plan selected in your account — CPA, revenue share or hybrid. The applicable rates are displayed in your dashboard.

Payments are issued weekly (CPA/hybrid) or monthly (revshare).
We never apply negative carryover between periods.
We reserve the right to withhold payment where fraud is suspected, pending investigation.

5. TERM & TERMINATION

Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. We may suspend or close your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or bring the brand into disrepute. Earned and validated commissions up to the date of termination remain payable.

6. LIABILITY

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetSpin Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your participation. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions payable to you in the preceding three months.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BetSpin Partners is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
